By booking or participating in any of our tours or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Ralopes Tours is a certified local tour operator based in Sal Rei, Boa Vista Island, Cape Verde.
All our tours are organized with care to ensure quality, safety, and an authentic local experience.
By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to make the reservation on behalf of all participants.
Reservations can be made directly on our website rltours.cv, by email, whatsapp, or through our official partners.
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Payment methods include secure online payment (via Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent) or cash upon arrival (when available).
Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
Customer cancellations:
More than 48 hours before the tour: full refund or free reschedule.
Less than 48 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee.
No-show or same-day cancellation: no refund.
Operator cancellations:
If the tour must be canceled due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
Tour routes, timings, or activities may change due to weather conditions or operational reasons.
We always aim to provide an equal or better experience in such cases.
Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times to ensure safety and respect for local culture.
You are responsible for your personal belongings and travel documents.
Any health conditions or special requirements must be communicated before the tour.
Ralopes Tours will not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from:
Acts of nature or events beyond our control
Participant negligence or failure to follow safety instructions
Third-party services not directly operated by us
We recommend that all travelers hold personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and cancellations.
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We only use your information for booking, communication, and service improvement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Cape Verde. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of the Republic of Cape Verde.
